update on progress...
I swaped the V6 headlight harness to the Cobra harness and everything worked, except the car wont start. There is a plug on the clutch/brake assembly that has nothing going to it and I cant find a plug to fit it. The plug is on the metel bracket itself on the upper left next to the clutch pedal. Anyone got an idea of what plug that is?

probably the Cruise control switch/sensor so when you engage the clutch cruise will turn off... should be another "button" type switch on the backside of the clutch pedal, so when you push it all the way to the floor the car will crank.

I found the matching plug on the Cobra dash harness. Its got 2 wires off of it, one orange and the other green/red. Its kinda hard to see the green/red wire in the picture above but its behind the red/green wire.
I followed the orange wire on the cobra harness and it went to the main plug on the drivers side at the fire wall. The wire went into pin13 on the plug, but on my V6 harness, pin13 is white/pink (power wire).
I think Ill just get the car to roll and take it to Sams.

Remember, he's not going to have any more experience or knowledge on this than you, but he's going to charge you. (no disrespect to Sam, if I needed any work done, I'd take it to him). Just stick it out and keep plugging along. Figure out what wire should be getting current but doesn't, then back track that wire to the battery and look for any open spots (plugs, relays, switches, etc). You can do it, just think logically.
If the car wont start try jumping it at the soleniod. If it starts I would guess that the clutch switch is the thing your missing (Neutral safety switch) I know you dont have one, but how can the car run if you dont. The key is triggered by a white/red wire. Fromt there it runs through 10 sensors, if any of them fail the motor wont crank. Just my 2 cents. The wire that runs all this shit is red with a blue stripe.
The main power wire is white/pink. The starter is getting power, so Im just trying to figure this plug out and see what happens. If nothing, its off to Sams.....
