my breaks have been making a leaking sound when i tap or hold them down.. im pretty sure its my break booster, but im not 100% sure. Under the hood when the break is tapped u can hear the "air sound" comming from around the master break cylnder area. any thing i should check on to pinpoint whats wrong? thnks

 

I just replaced the vacum booster on my stang 3 weeks ago. Would hiss when I pushed or held down the brakes. Its not too hard to change out, i'd recomend changing the master cyl too while you have everything off anyway

Master cyl with the resevoir - 60.99

both were new and not remanufactured from Auto Zone
