Every Mustang seems to sag towards the driver's side. It is a common issue among all Mustangs (with the exception of the 99+ Cobras) and isn't necessarily a symptom of a problem. Global West even sells specific shims to correct the problem...or you can go with coilovers...or Steeda's new billet LCA's with adjustable spring perch.

Check the rubber bushings in the upper and lower control arms.
This is common and will cause the car to lean, if not fixed could also break the spot welds above the lower torque box, will also pull the upper torque box and crossmember away from the floor.
I have repaird / reinforced floors and torque boxes on many FOX bodys.
