Default upper and lower control arms

ok i just bought these things and i was looking at my car and i realized that i have never installed control arms. well, i know where they go and all but any advice about the lowers??? the uppers look really easy. but the lowers look like a pain in the ass. ass for the arms are completely adjustable and unno the spring goes right into the top of the control arm. so any help and advice would be great guys.

by the way the control arms are granetlli or something, and the uppers are UPR.

I installed my control arms without installing these torque boxes, what are they?

Oh yea, I don't think you will have any problems with the ca install, it was pretty straightfoward.
