p0107 ses code. " Manifold, Absolute Pressure/ Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input "

Does any one know what this code means?

Manifold Absolute Pressure or Barometric Pressure sensor, that's the MAP sensor which measures the difference between baro pressure and pressure inside the intake manifold. It's an internal thing inside your PCM on late model Ford's though.


Basically means that the baro sensor operating voltage is less than 5 volts, which is below the minimum allowed calibration.

COULD BE, an open circuit (short to ground) in the reference power wire. Bad BARO sensor. Bad PCM.

an update
i cleaned my maf wires and the male and female connectors to the maf with rubbing alcohol and it fixed it

woot woot for me
