Nice looking piece Scott,I am doing something similiar and wanted to bump heads for a minute.From the pics it looks like you will primarily be utilizing standing ice/water.Do you plan on running a heat exchanger in tandem for realistic street usage?

That intercooler was built by Andrew McPhereson for Brent Holt of turbomustangs.com. Brent's car is a track only affair so it doesn't have any recirculatory pumps or plumbing. Its basically like every other intercooler used in drag racing now, you stuff ice in it, make a pass, drain water, repeat. Notice in the first pic the protective plate (with holes) to keep large ice chunks from falling into the core.

For what I am looking in to I will use a heat exchanger and a grey water pump from a RV so it can be run on the street.
Actually I think Brent plans on doing the same by the looks of some of the plumbing pieces that are on his unit.
