Default New guy her just checking in with a question...

Hey guys...whats up? I'm sorta new here...been ghosting for a month or so..pretty cool site if you can get past the ricers. Anyways...I have a question for all my fellow ford bretheren:

Where is the best/cheapest place to get some subs welded in for my 99GT. I will be picking up a set of subframe connectors in the next few days and want to get a good deal for labor. Any ideas guys??

though for me, you'd have to change it to 10 inches, and you'd have to change inches to millimeters, and you'd have to change 10 to 5 and you'd have to change dick to poor excuse for one.

I'm located in Tampa and have had both Dennis Ramsey and Rob from Fordspeed work on my car. I live up near the USF area and am just looking for a new shop. Rob does great work but I really don't feel like driving all the way over there and Dennis' prices have been through the roof lately. Any ideas....

Well, Ramsey's does good work, so it might cost more, but you know he will do a great job.

Drgain Motorsports is on the west side of the CC bridge, so it didn't sound like you wanted drive over that way. However, he is worth the drive and does great fabrication and welding.

If you are in the Tampa area, check out Coastal. Sam is a great guy and a little more in the area you are looking for. His info is on the board advertisement and a lot of the guys here have used his help.

Thanks for the replies lads. Where is Coastal located. I see that name pop up on this board a lot. Might have to check it out. Oh by the way... I just ordered my new C&L plenum and 75mm accufab t/b for my 99. I'll see how it works and post the results.

I would love to meet up with some of you guys sometime. I haven't been up to the car shows in a little while but have been meaning to go back. Hell, I remember when it used to be at Burger King then everybody would head out to Gandy, 84 Lumber or Tyson road. Yeah...i go way back.
