i dont see why it wouldn't, from everything i read all the 6 bolts are 10.5 inch clutches and should be the same........

what are you buying exactly?

i guess i was a little vague. i have a 2001 motor with ~140 miles on it, but it came with an auto flywheel. i have a windsor 99 motor in the car now (8-bolt). i found a new take-off 2003 GT flywheel and clutch plate for $75, and want to make sure it fits before i buy it...

well, i know all the 10.5 clutches are interchangeable....... and if its a 6 bolt flywheel going on a 6 bolt crank i dont see how it would be different......... but alas, i'm not 100% and would hate for you to buy it.......

best thing i can think of is call ford and get the flywheel part # from both years and see if it is the same peice or not........

i mean, both years had the same equipment, same trans and all that, so i really doubt they would be different......
