Recently I was able to reaquire the car I drove in High School, un fortunately my parents did not take good care of the car and it suffered the seperation of the strut rod brace from the radiator lower support....


Of course they do make a repo for a 65-66 but nothing for the 68 so I am looking for the front strut bar brace fo the RH side. Anybody know of any classic stangs in a local junkyard that might have this?

 

I think I know what you are talking about is it possible for you to take a picture?

 

Here is what the new part for a 65-66 looks like. I wont have the car till this sunday, at which point I will be having it trailored to my house.

They call this the "RH Lower Strut Rod Brace" it is different from the 65-66 and 69-70.
