Why wouldnt you do that first is what Im wondering? W/ all the air that your flowing through the motor you would want to have a more efficent fual and exhaust system. Get some LTs, somesort of aftermarket exhaust, 42# injs., 255lpm (high pressure unit for SC), fual pressure regulator, etc...
Do a search on Corral so you have a better idea on what your getting yourself into.

it can wait, but i think it would be stupid to get the s/c first unless you are picking it up used or something, I would get exhasut and do some other stuff before i just went and bolted that right on

exhaust, headers, more fuel, THEN blower.
blower without more fuel = lean.....to lean = bad.

well, if you buy the kit, it should come with a fuel pump and a FMU....... i would do exhaust first....... just for the power.......
but as far as can you do it, yes....... it shouldnt hurt anything......... and the kit should come with whatever you need fuel wise for a good bit.......... on a stock cobra with some ehaust or something you'll be fine with an fmu and larger fuel pump........ but later on when you get a bit more stuff, you'll prolly wanna go ahead and get some bigger in injectors......
just get a cheap h pipe and a nice catback for now......... then if you want more power down the road you can do the longtubes.......

if you buy a kit from vortec it will probably come with injectors and fuel pump so you should be good to go there. if you cant afford exhaust right away its not too big of a deal but at least go and have the cats cut-off or do it your self to make it blow better then later on invest in a good set of long-tubes,x-pipe and flow's with some tailpipes.

Get a set of 42# injectors when you do the supercharger. We've seen to many of those cars on the dyno with 30# injectors and the chip you get from Vortec running way too lean.
