Have not reached a price yet, no one is helping. So far I am leaning towards low low 20's.

Keep the car. If you keep swithcing every few years you will never have the car where you want it to be. And for gods sake don't lease. Leasing always costs more on the backside than what you expect and to top it off you never own the vehicle. Pick up a cheap used S10 or Ranger to use as a daily driver. They are good on gass and you have a truck bed to haul stuff in.

I care to disagree about leasing vehicles. If you are one to change vehicles every few years it is the best route to go. WHen your lease is up you owe nothign and usally can roll right into a new car/truck. I currently am leasing my truck and let me see you get a new Ragner for $100 a month with nothig ndown. Granted when my lease is up I may not have such a low payment but I am buying it out so I could care less. We pulled up the trade in value of my truck the other day and it was $15k. When my lease is up I can buy it out for a lil over $10k.

Figuring in the higher payments of leasing a 2003 cobra, and the large down payment I put down, I would have saved $5,000 if I leased it for 24 months. I have owned 3 brand new cars in the past 5 years. I could have saved about 15k figuring in higher monthly payments for 24 month leases.

I dont regret anything though, love the freaken car, but the car isnt my priority in life right now.

Eh...you lose your ass either way with cars. Best thing to do is buy used and run it into the ground. My main problem with lease agreements is the limited mileage. If you do alot of driving, that overage fee is going to anally ravage you when you turn the car in (unless you plan on buying it out).
