Installing a Fuel Pressure Gauge
Ok guys, interesting question for you.
I'm looking into getting one of those digital Nordskog electronic fuel pressure gauges (only because VDO doesn't make one, and this will "match" my wideband A/F unit when I get it). Unlike the Autometer sender which connects directly to the schrader valve on our fuel rails, this has a 1/8" NPT fitting. I'm looking around online (i.e. Home Depot, Lowes, etc) for a fitting I can install on the schrader valve to make it a 1/8" fitting for the Nordskog sending unit, however I cannot find one.
What is the best solution? Is there a fitting readily available out there I can use?

I think Autometer makes an adapter for just such the occasion. If you are using an analog gauge, an adapter is required that sounds just like what you need.

Thanks for the help guys. Ended up getting the Autometer unit when I ordered the gauge from Summit. Next step...the 5-inch Monster clock complete with AM/PM "shift" light.

Fret not, I saw the packaging. It is wind up with a pendalum. It even has a built in "day cycle" gimmick that has a little moon and star on it so you know if it is daytime or nighttime at a simple glance.
