Update On My Car
I have had a bunch of PM's asking what the dilly-o is with my car so here it goes. Plus I don't want anyone to think Coastal is lagging behind, it has just been a few parts to deal with as of late and getting everyones work schedules lined up.
The A/F is pretty much right on with the new carb.. The car seems to be making great power, especially down low.
We have not been able to make full dyno pulls because of a wastgate issue. The brains at Coastal figured out the problem and now a new wastegate is on the way and scheduled to arrive Thursday. Unfortuntley for me it is 2.5X the cost of the last one I had but it is better to do it right the first time I guess.
After the Wastegate goes on it should be good to go for dyno pulls and final tune.
Hopefully it holds together for a while so the fruits of everyones labor can be enjoyed.
Oh and for anyone that is planning a big project the answer is yes ! It costs a hell of a lot more than you will expect if you want to do it right.

This is the new gate and the specs:
TiAL Sport 46mm Wastegate
Nickel based super alloy is used for valve and high temp NiCrFe alloy for the valve housing offers superior product life under the most demanding conditions. (Turbo rotary applications 2000F (1093C) exhaust temperatures)
High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm rated to 4 Bar
17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resists "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C)
Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, valve bushing, and lower housing fastening hardware.
Flow .32Kg/S at 1 Bar
Color anodized 6061-T651 aluminum actuator (Titanium Gray, Red, Blue, Purple, Black)
Race proven at Daytona 24hour, on Porsche GT2 Twin Turbo.

My guess is it was too small. It couldn't flow enough to bypass the exhaust.
See it would have been cheaper to just put a bigger pulley on that turbo!

Do you own a Torch Red FRC and tremble every time you drive under I75 on Hwy 60 and look in your rearview mirror? If so you are suffering from what is known as Cobraphobia.

Yeah I should have purchased the bigger pulley fo' sho'...
And yes the 38mm was not cutting it for what I need to do.
Yup, the cost's sure do have a way of creeping up there. I was originally going to limp along on the stock fuel system, then, suddenly I found myself buying lots of stuff that said Aeromotive on them. Oye.
What turbo are you using again? I would have thought the original wastegate would have been sufficient. But, whadda I know? I'm using an HKS 40 mm std. on my car with the TE63 turbo. Hope that's enough.

You coping me or something.
Same fuel system, same turbo, and almost the same wastegate.
What wheel is in your turbo ?
