The carb I had was to adjustable and created a bad dead spot off of idle so I got a top of the line purpose built turbo carb. and it is as responsive as EFI.. The regulator issue was due to some dumb fuck selling me the wrong one, Fed Ex'd a new one in today and it fixed the problem.
Now the wastegate / boost controller wants to be a little bitch but that will get worked out tomorrow. It did make 14 lbs on the rollers this afternoon for about 2 seconds and it sounded mean as hell !
This is what happens when you build a set-up that many others have not done and stuff like this is going to happen on any new motor / power adder combo it just takes a little time.

Well good to see you stuck with the carb, you'll get it all figured out I'm sure. The C and S you spoke about,is it modified for blowthrough?

I do not give up easy and like to do things other don't.
Oh yeah the C & S I got was assembled from the ground up specifically for this application. I had to fill out a two page questionaire about my car so they would know what exactly to do.
Here is a link to it.
