No I didn't reccomend them if that what you thought and if you did its probly my fault.I meant just check that car out, its nasty indeed.

yea man that car hauls ass, to bad walt has got to run his business like that. i mean if your in the racing scene and you sell racing parts and you take care of your customers(in this case a measley $300) and stand behind your product, well that is unlimited advertising. i guess he kinda got that just the wrong direction.

Is that the only example? Because that isn't exactly a good example. He sold a tranny on consignment and made the mistake of giving him a realspeed receipt. Granted he should own up the few hundred bucks lost by his paying customer to avoid any bad rep, but it isn't 100% his responsibility to do so.

a reciept was provided for a product i purchased from him, it wasnt a mistake, you cant accidently fill out a sales reciept by hand

Yeah, ...

If I was him I would have repaid you right when I realized the actual owner of the tranny was a deadbeat then I would have went after him. I don't understand his reasoning behind not refunding you to try and keep a good rep.

However, your the only instance I've heard of that realspeed does not do good business. ...

stick around i am positive there is more to come. it is just a matter of time who knows in a ironic twist you may be the lucky recipient of the club. one way or the other it WILL happen again. Shady business men dont change there ways only there names.

thats what any of us would have done because we're honest.

thats why i went and gave blue oval corral my money today instead of real speed parts

this is also the only instance i have heard as well

thanx for the responses....I didn't realize I was getting any...Im used to getting email notification and I didnt get any?

What kinda car you got Tamapmax and thanx for the compliments...

I havent had to do any major wrenching to the car but yeah it is a pain to work on.

I was hoping to meet some local SC guys/gals...I see a couple runnin around but never on any of the forums...
