Selling a car questions....

Default Selling a car questions....
I'm selling my Altima and there is not a space for the person to sign the title because they are both already filled. So I have to go down to the DMV with the guy who's buying it, my question is do I have to show proof of insurance when I get there to put the title in his name???

If I remember correctly, you just need to sign on the "Sellers" line and that is all. I don't think he even has to sign it. But, I have been wrong before....

both of you have to sign the title
no you don't need prof of insurance
but if he wants to drive it home he needs to have prof of insurance
