Densecharger is good, BBK and mac also sell cai kits for a relatively decent price but some people say b/c they are metal they generate more heat.

No, the cold air intake/induction brand won't really matter at all. What gears are you getting? And to be perfectly honest.....I probably wouldn't bother getting a chip, definately use that money for like pullies or something. Good Luck.

You'd probably just be better off with a replacement K&N and the removed silencer, or the Densecharger. The MAC cold air induction kit for the V6 drops the filter down towards the bottom of the bumper, which could pose problems with our commonly flooded streets in Tampa.

As far as the dual exhaust goes, make sure they are putting on a true dual exhaust...not a faux y-split design. You should see a pretty decent gain from a h-pipe/duals and the cai. Plus those gears will give you a better seat of the pants feel.

If it is a 5-speed, you should also look into getting an aftermarket shifter and an adjustable clutch quadrant. Both make driving a Mustang 200% more enjoyable.
