This should make Zate happy.
Consumer Advisory - Secret Warranty
2003-2004 Mustang MACH1
Ford Motor Company has issued an advisory to dealers concerning body and engine noise on 2003 and 2004 Mustang MACH1 models. Ford will not notify MACH1 owners of this advisory.
According to the memo, MACH1s may exhibit a rattle noise emanating from the hood of the vehicle. This noise can occur at any engine RPM speed and during both acceleration and deceleration.
To solve the issue, Ford will install four revised hood scoop insulators (2L7Z-9P686-AA) which should eliminate the noise. Ford dealers are advised to take special precautions when handling the shaker scoop to prevent scratches or marring.
This advisory can be preformed by your Ford or Lincoln Mercury dealer under TSB 03-22-01 at no cost to consumers under the provisions of the new vehicle limited warranty coverage. It is suggested that you print this page out when going to your dealer to schedule a service appointment.
This is considered a "silent recall" where upon Ford may NOT notify owners of this condition. Owners should contact Pat Hoye (313) 248-8336 at Ford World Headquarters.
It's your money - demand a better product and Ford will listen.

Yeah, because we all know that if you don't bring it in with you they'll claim it doesn't exist because they're too lazy to go look it up...

I have the shaker rattle at idle pretty bad. I'll just let them fix it whenever.
Zate, are you having any problems with front tire wear? My drivers side front tire is damn near bald on the outer edge. I probably should have rotated them by now, but it shouldn't be that bad. I'm sure Ford won't do anything about it, so I'll just throw one of my old rears on it.
