just getting some suggestions. What mods are appropriate for an 85 carbed GT. Nothing serious just little bolt ons.

Gears? Does it have the 8.8 posi? I think 3.73's would be a nice start.

How about pullies?

Exhaust? If I remember correctly, it's not true duals like 86+? Maybe a nice cat-back set-up with off road H and headers?

I think I remember you mentioning you already have an intake and cam gtman. If so, top it off with a nice set of edelbrock aluminum heads and you will be making real nice power.

If not, matt laid out a good set of bolt ons to start with.

thanks....i was thinking of the heads to cause i do have the E303 cam but thats really it.

true duals?.....its stock with shorty headers, and i have the off road H going into turbos.

heads, an 8.8 rear end with gears would be a worthwhile investment too. And nitrous kits are cheap as hell for carb cars.
