Look at it while the car is running, if it is wobbling, it's bad. Check the front face. It is made with basically the inner hub and an outer ring. They are joined together with a rubber layer in between them. If the rubber is squeezing/oozing out, it is bad. P\Pull the spout and put a timing light on it and see what the timing reads. If it reads something stupid like say 10^ plus or minus 10, it has slipped and is bad.

what weight Balancer would you need (28oz/50oz)?
I've got a 28oz balancer that I can sell to you if that will work.
SFI rated..
