Default Lowering the Cobra.

I am working on my 03 Cobra. I have done plenty of searches and looked at plenty of web sights, but I still can't figure it out. Many people have said that the Eibach springs lower the front, but keep the ass way up high. H&R I know have a1.5 drop, but I am not familiar with the quality. I would consider coilovers, but the kits like MM have blinstins included and are way pricey. I am looking for a 1.5 drop on the car that is the same all around. I have all the other stuff figured out, but the springs have got me. Thanks

you really need to read about front suspension geometry and camber gain on the mcmuffin strut front before you go dropping it that much.....

H&R's quality is excellent. They are one of the highest quality brands among European suspension manufacturers.

A lot of people have been satisfied with H&R's. But they lower the car alittle too much for me. Thats why I went with Eibach. They lowered the car just enough to improve handling and stance. And no, the Eibach's aren't as high as stock in the rear. I can show you if you want.

If you want to read up on the 03's you need to go to these sites:

I usually read svtperformence, JDK I like the look of your car in your sig, but it is tough to see its stance. Eibach was my first choice, but I heard 2 people say it lifted the back end. Who knows, maybe they had an rice shop install them.

Here, this is a pic of my car next to a stock 03. This is when I first got my car. The springs had only been on about 4 days in this pic and you can already see how it is lower.

Thanks for the pic. I guess it is all in the install. Where did you get them installed? I think that is what I will go with. Thanks.

Did you ever get a hold of eibach? Because you have the same part number as I do, so obviously something has to be wrong with the springs you got. The rear should definately be lower. Let me know what eibach says.
