Default Modular stroker 5.1 Liter

Came across this, figured some of the mod motor people around here might find it interesting. The mod motor aftermarket is growing slow and steady

I wouldnt buy anything that had a offset ground crank shaft.
Besides I know a place that makes a kit for the same price and its a new forged crank with a 3.75 stroke!

Houston Performance sells a 306 stroker for $1995. Brand new forged stroker crank(3.75"), Manley rods and JE pistons with the compression of your choice. Nothing wrong with an offset ground crank. HybridSS runs one in his car and its holding up just fine.

Lol...no mines a stock LS1 nodular iron crank offset ground from 3.62 to 3.70. If done right should not effect strength much if at all. Held up well to 700-800 ft/lbs tq and occasional 7000 rpm runs.
