This is some Escort person that really did a number on their 91 escort lx. It's working I believe. But man is it some home made stuff. J/Y IHI VJ-20 turbo off an EXP with the manifold off that car as well. Pushing 9PSI though, not bad. And the engine is holding under full boost just fine. The custom plastic intake is something quite interesting. He's also got a small I/C and a really roughed up front end. Here's the turbo pic. There's a link below it to the rest of his pictures..

Wow, getterdun. That is some ghetto ass turbo crap. I would be afraid to even ride in that car looking at that rigging. Makes you wonder what else is ghettofied.
