JMS Not Practicing Good Business

I know a lot of you think highly of JMS and some of you don't but here is yet another pissed off JMS customer that has documented everything quite well.
Since I am not up to snuff on all the greatest EFI stuff I thought you guys might find this information interesting.
Look at the second link, it shows his $15,000+ bill ! :o
Here is the guys complaint and documentation:
"This EMAIL (see link below) shows what transpired between myself and JMS. The fraud, the damages and the crooked dealings. What it does NOT cover. Is the fact since then it was found by HPP Racing and Houston Performance that JMS had left rags in the oil return lines when they changed the cams. Effectively turning the pass side valve cover into a second oil pan. Also not covered is the fact JMS provided me with a 2 BAR GM map sensor after telling me it was a 3 BAR FAST sensor. These issues were only discovered these last two weeks.
I advise you to read the email and to look over the overbilled and fradulent INVOICE (see second link below) before you consider doing business with them.
Thanks for your time. And good luck dealing with the shops and tuners out there. "

Just like we talked about before Scott, one of these days a businessman will go into the racing business and will be a very rich man. All these guys are just racers who open up a shop and don't attend to the details of their operation. If I owned a shop, it would never get to the internet how somebody was pissed, because I'd make it right. I just can't understand this stuff.
I read about this nightmare, here are the pics of what they forgot to remove???? :o

This is why I try to do everything myself, that way when shit goes wrong I have know one to blame but myself.

Obviously Chris has two problems - quality control and public relations. This guy paid for Chris' expertise, but got some grease monkey's work. I really doubt Chris personally worked on the guys car. Not making excuses for the botched work. Chris puts his name on the line on every job JMS does, whether he does the work or not. Chris Johnson is JMS, apparently he has forgotten that fact. Crap work like that has probably brought down a lot of shops. I'll think twice about throwing any more money their way.
