Obviously Chris has two problems - quality control and public relations. This guy paid for Chris' expertise, but got some grease monkey's work. I really doubt Chris personally worked on the guys car. Not making excuses for the botched work. Chris puts his name on the line on every job JMS does, whether he does the work or not. Chris Johnson is JMS, apparently he has forgotten that fact. Crap work like that has probably brought down a lot of shops. I'll think twice about throwing any more money their way.
