Total performance, D&D (not D&D Motorsports), and a few others have fox motor plates.
I think mine is a D&D, but hell its been a few years since I bought it. Another thing you definitely want to do is spend the $250 and get a tubular K-member as it will give even more room.
BTW, what headers are you going with?

ahhhhhhhhhhh don't worry man when I get my rear quarter panel fixed up and the new door and pay off the best buy and bank of america credit and after i buy my new 5,000 Snap - On tool box AND or many dans get back from Africa I think one of us will buy the engine plate. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight
