Default Mustang guys

Hey guys...I need some help...someone I know has a 2003 Mustang GT(2 valve) I know nothing about domestics...so I need some opinions on an Intake for this car...he wants to get one for it..but I have no clue what to tell him...any opinions? or is there a better mod to do to it first?

I would put this in the ford forum. I assume you mean like a CAI intake and not the manifold they dont make very many options for intake manifolds yet. I would just remove the silencer and get a K&N filter dont waste money on a "cold air" unless your friend wants it to look nice under the hood. Tell your friend to get a gear at least a 3.73 these mod motors love the gear.

BTW other good mods to get are subframe connectors, if it is 5spd a good short shifter, pulleys, off-road h-pipe, and steeda timing adjuster. Also you might want to check out www.corral.net one of the best places to find out anything about mustangs.

3:73's?? Blah! Get a 4:10 at least. Better yet a 4:56 just talk to one of our local mach 1 owners about that gear. Chris, tell em, "Don't fear the gear"

tylor there is a diff here chris has a 4v and he is asking about a 2v. with the 2v i would go with the 410's and the bolt ons that have been posted above. for cai it dont really matter what brand just make sure it is one of the ones that move the filter into the fender well.
