If you don't have the specs I can pull them up on ALmostDATA tomorrow at school for the voltage ranges on the TPS. Just give me the year and engine.

Set the TPS voltage around .96 to .98. Just stay under 1 volt.

Well, he (my friend who has the car) thinks its the EGR. But I told him to clean the MAF out first and see if that works. He asked me what to use, but I forgot what I used when I cleaned mine. He and I are going to check the EGR vaccume and clean the MAF tonight and see what that does.

It's not neccessarily the IAC just because it keeps stalling. TPS can do that as well. Look for any cinged wiring on the TPS sensor that can happen every now and then if it messes up. Definately check the voltage on the TPS, for surges like you are talking about it sounds like the culprit.
