Default more help with the line lock(SHIT)!

ok who lives within a small driving distance of me and wouldn't mind helping me out with this shit.
I was told I cant just take the two independant brake lines and T them off into 1 line then into the Solenoid then out as 1 line to another T then out as 2 lines into the front brakes.
I was told that it would it would lock a front and rear wheel or some shit.
I am scared to attempt this on my own will power for fear of fucking up my brakes before trackday.
Any 1 around the St.Pete area who will help me out here or just show me in person how it can work would be GREAT!
near Tyrone Mall, I at off of 58th street and 38th ave N
please anyone with the knowledge!
I tried Derek cause he is 2 min away but he is really busy....
thanx

chris

ok well if anyone can answer this .
Dereks proportioning valve is diffrent than mine in that my first brake line on the bottom goes to the first fitting on the master and my 2nd fitting on the proportioning valve goes to the 2nd fitting on the master.
His is like this
1st on pro valve goes to 2nd fittin
2nd on pro valve goes to 1st fitting

will this affect anything in my process of putting my line lock on exactly how his is set up if his lines are switched and mine are the way they came?
im lost here, shiiiiiit!

I have pics,I shall have to post them later as the inet connection was not workin in the other room earlier where the other comp is....
