Default Good place to get clutches?

I need a clutch for the 97 escort. Anyone know of any good places I can pick one up at? Autozone and Advance want almost 200$ for one. The cheapest I could find was an Exedy clutch on e-bay outta some place in largo for 110$ here's the link.

Like what? My ATX is gone it wont shift from 2nd to 3rd anymore. I either need to buy a new ATX or convert my car to an MTX in which I need a new clutch for the MTX I have. So it's more of a time issue. A ghetto fab Autozone or Advance clutch kit is 100$ more than this one. I was just asking if someone knew some local places for ok cheap clutches. Remember I only have 88whp like I need a hoss clutch to hold 300hp lol.

Nothing better than factory OEM if you aren't pushing some serious power. I chose to go with a Sachs factory replacement in my car. Its pretty much a European OEM clutch...and I bet they make an application for your car.

I purchased my Sachs clutch through BAT, Inc. down in Sarasota. Check out their site and give them a call: www.batinc.net

If they don't make one for your car, your next best bet is just getting the OEM Ford unit.
