not trying to hijack your thread but.... How much would a place around here charge if I got my 91 GT painted... Going from white to silver, so door jams need to be done and all that stuff. I would do the prep work and sanding myself. Do you have a hookup at Carsmetics Scott?

Superior Auto Body in St Pete. Best body work/paint experience I've ever had. The paint was absolutely flawless when I got the car back. Professionally detailed and everything.

Do you own a Torch Red FRC and tremble every time you drive under I75 on Hwy 60 and look in your rearview mirror? If so you are suffering from what is known as Cobraphobia.

I went by carsmetics today and they told me it would be 3k to do mine. But thats not bad considering all the prep work THEY have to do. He told me that if i sanded it down they would not touch it. It almost makes the 3k worth it not having to touch it with a sanding block again. But he also told me that he would gaurantee the work, so i was impressed with his presentation. now all i need is $2,983.
