the man-cave
I've been wanting something like this since I was 16 years old, working on cars in my parents back yard, in the dirt and rain. I had a few one car garages but never this. I had saved up tools and stuff forever waiting for this day. The SK tool box I bought in 1976, the Lathe is a West bend from 1928, the drill press was purchased in the 80s,, you get the idea. There are a few loose ends left, and in about a year I plan on moving the back wall out another 15-20 ft to make it a 24x45, and add a lift.

I used to work at the St. Pete Grand Prix, hence the "Honda" banner but this is more to the point...

It really wasn't that expensive, I think I have less than 10K in it, but I used the old concrete for the pole barn and added to it, that saved a ton of bucks.

The building itself was about 8K, but there was electric and misc other stuff, the tough part was the concrete, that was real expensive.. The great things was it was up in 6 hours and I didn't leave the lawn chair.
