8.9 on pump gas

YouTube - 8.90 @ 154 NMRA Commerce,GA

One of my customers using methanol injection. 21 PSI boost.

At the NMRA True Street event last weekend in Commerce.

This is a street car.. full interior, stereo, etc..

Look carefully.. no roll bar

He don't need no stinkin' roll bar, Julio. It stayed upright. A G-suit might come in handy though.

Easy.. you tell them the car runs 11.50's.. He was then running 1/8 mile to see if his tuneup was spot on.. guess they where more concerned about his 1/4 et/mph.

many years ago I went to Sunshine and got the boot running 6.80-7.00's.. The track official came up and saud " Boy.. need to put a bar in that thing"

Guess tracks are more lax these days :/

Trust me, I don't condone doing it. Case in point, first thing that went on my car was the 10 point bar.
