Default Christmas dinner

Non-traditional dinner ...was the best I've ever had!!
Good ole seafoood boil. Clams, mussels, craps, shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob and potatoes. I'm hungry again thinking about it

My little man ate his weight in food

Tammy and I were pretty close. King Crab, Acorn squash soufle, French loaf, deviled eggs, and from our garden, a veggie plate with stuffed celery, carrot sticks, broccoli & cream cheese dip. For dessert, a giant Dutch apple pie and a pecan pie. The pecans were from my 4 pecan trees on my 30 acres in Oklahoma. Most excellent. Later, when my daughter came over, we cracked open a bottle of 1998 Chateau Margaux Bourdeaux (which was totally wasted on me...I'd much rather have had some nice rims for the project) But, the wine was a gift from one of Tammy's clients. He likes her, not me.

Today, lasagna from our next door neighbors. Tomorrow, back to work and some Top Ramen.

Yeah, we had crab, lobster, scallops, chicken cutlets, shrimp...but no fish. Didn't make sense to me, but it made sense to my stomach.

We only done shell fish, it was great! Anyone in Tampa that wants to buy fresh seafood, I highly recommend the 40th St Seafood Market. I was impressed, everything was very fresh. We fed 12 seafood eatin' adults and 2 younger kids and there was enough for 2 more could have eat for $250. Cooked it all up in my turkey fryer pot with some Old Bay
