I had two employees (a family, actually three were in the vehicle) that were hit by a semi at a light. They are all badly injured and cannot work for a while if ever.
I'm sure they will probably have a big lawsuit but these people are dirt poor, had apparently let their own car insurance lapse just days before the accident and could use a break.

anyways, I've got some of my employees holding a fundraiser/carwash at IHOP on US 98 North and I-4 (exit 32) from 10am to 2 shared_pm Saturday 8-21.
If anyone one wants to stop in and get their car washed, I'll probably have a couple good lookers their for you and it's a great cause. They are nice people.

Damn it man, that is so sad to hear. I would be there if I didnt have the kids. My wife is at work and wont be home until around 2. I'm gonna see if her mother can watch them for a little while so I can go. Will you be there Rick?

 

Thanks Cliff and if any of you were there thank you, we raised $253, we only washed cars for a couple hours before the rains came, we're going to take donations at work tomorrow and present it to them tomorrow evening.
