I was out at the new dog park off enterprise checking out the park when as I was walking down the path I see the front end of a ford capri. The car had a bigger then normal hood and 5.0 badges. This car must have been sitting right where it is for several years as the trees around it have grown against the rear panel on the drivers side. The car seemed to sit normal so i'd say it still has the motor.
Needless to say its pretty bad and i'm kind of amazed its just sitting there less then 15ft from the fence. The car was red with some black. Had some nice orange holes in it as well. I'm not a big capri fan but still sucks to see one dying like this one has.
Next time I go that way i'll try and get some pictures.

 

I actually liked the capris, the fender styling anyway.

Really.. I'll have to look the next time I'm down there. How often do you go to the park? My dog needs some friends haha

 

My friend Jason and I were just talking saturday that if I ever buy another fox body, it would be a capri. Years ago I bought one for a street/strip project, but it was way too rusty. If I had it now, I would've saved the fenders and cut the quarters out of it and put them in a mustang hatch.

 

I get to the dog park about once a week. I have a big yard but the dog I likes going to the park so we go. Usually it's the one off gulf to bay but the one at enterprise seems pretty cool.

I'll bring my camera next time I go.
