So another one bites the dust.... me. Also, my wife got the same news recently.
As of tomorrow, I have no job and Rachel's ends Feb 1st.
Gotta love this hope and change.
10.5 years of my life devoted to a company for what?

Welcome to my world. 8 yrs with said company. Get a call to come into the office. Then,.. we're sorry. But here is your last paycheck. Please turn in any tools that belong to the company. Then 1 month later they are out of business.
21 years of experience and no one in the Tampa area was hiring. I talked with Supers, owners everyone I knew in this business. 2 weeks later I filed for unemployment. That was last Feb. Tried to find work. Then in June I signed up for classes to get my CIS degree.
Sold 2 cars, 2 motors, parted out my 3rd motor, short block gone, heads gone, intake, carb and dizzy,.. all gone. Promotion T5 gone, T45 gone, TKO still up for sale, Centerlines gone, ET Streets gone, Cowl hood gone, Pair of Fox T-tops gone, Cobra rear bumper gone, GT hood gone, Eibach springs gone, H&R springs gone, New rack and pinion gone, BBK Long tubes gone, brand new upper & lowers still in plastic gone, rear Cobra sway bar gone, Cobra strut tower brace gone, 3 brand new Autometer gauges in pod gone, BBK Hpipe gone, 3 pairs of flow masters and 2 Dynomax bullets gone.
Pimping out odd jobs as best I can,.. hustling any kind of deal I can come across just to make ends meet. Its rough. There is work out there if you can live on $9 - $12 hr. I get more then that from unemployment.
I dont graduate until July 2012,. trying to make it till then. Start my internship in April. Hoping I do well and the company hires me.

Went threw it too man. The last year has been very hard. I was with Terry's Electric for 4 going on 5 years. Working 50-65 hours a week, $1000 checks, living it up. Then they just up and dumped six guys including myself out of nowhere. Only thing I can say is thank god for savings accounts. If I hadn't saved I would deff be homeless or working at some fast food joint making 7.00 an hour.

Ditto. I ve been in neutral for a couple years now and then a few weeks ago my wife lost her job. 10 years she was with the company--in medical no less. We went from 80k a year to 12k a year in no time. No insurance and our 2nd daughter is due in April. Change---I love it!!!!!!!

Damn....Well, now that everyone is left with just change....Can we have what we had back now? F-ing inexperienced idiot who didn't learn from the past. 
Anyway, Yep...I've been w/o a job for a little while now myself....the wife too. We are somewhat lucky though. We have the karate school which is just this month finally making enough money to pay it's own rent, insurance, and electric. So now, what I make on unemjoyment is spent entirely on my housing and living expenses...Not on my business. LOL
The wife also sells sex toys. (If anyone's g/f or wife is looking to enhance things. Not just toys either...Lubes and lotions and powders too. )
We both sell Amway also. When you run out of laundry detergent, let me know....The stuff we sell works better, costs WAY less, and lasts longer.
We are doing everything we can to make ends meet. It's rough, but we'll be better off in the long run I think. AND, we'll be independent and not relying on "the man" to pay us to make him money.

His recent comments claiming America is no longer a Christian Nation
His comments claiming America is a Great Muslim Nation.
His application and subsequent acceptance of a fellowship scholarship as a Foreign Citizen.
Barack Hussein Obama II actual birth place. (Alot of speculation here,.. Born in Indonesia or Hawaii?
He is seeking to take over and control the banking institution
His take over actions of GM which is now a Govt owned auto company
Grave concerns of releasing Classified Military Documentation (Missles to China which are now in North Korea aimed at the USA)
The impending closure of Guantanamo Bay letting the Muslins and known terrorists go free.
His continued apologies to foreign countries about America being a strong Nation.
His impending enforcement of the Copenhagen climate change treaty with out investigating any of our own scientists who the Russians disclosed indisputable documentation proving that scientists created the global warming theory in order to spawn new industry and create grants to pay for new studies.
His socialistic views trying to get the American people so dependent on Govt assistance that we are helpless with out it.
Bankrupting our country with stimulus packages to bail out banks and big business instead of helping the smaller business which employ 85% of this country.
