I bought a used bb off of ebay and it works fine, but the person didnt remove there e-mail accounts off the phone. So now i keep getting there e-mail. I think its there sprint e-mail account. I can recieve there e-mail and send(i think) but when i dont see any options to remove them from the phone.Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove it?

why don't you just do a hard reset ?

And or if you go into the menu under accounts their is a part were you can delete each account

I think the curve is a little different. I cant find a main menue for accounts only set up options but you can delet them from there. When I go to e-mail set up if i want to change settign for the accounts i need a user id and password for that account which i dont have. I have thought about a hard reset but then I would have to call sprint again and have t reconnected because it wipes everything out...I also have looked up to see how to do a hard reset yet

just call tech support for whatever provider you have and have them reset your pin. then give them your email address and they can send the service books right to your phone. its that simple

you dont have to call sprint to reconnect......on my touch pro, do a hard reset, phone will reinstall back to factory specs, when theirs done, "double check" but i just have to dial *228 then option 1 to program restart phone, dial *228 then option 2

reinstall contacts......very easy

you know their are a million black berry forums
