Paypal is very pro buyer. They have multiple protections in place for buyers but sellers, not so lucky. I've been screwed with Paypal on more than one occasion.

EBay can suck my cock. Their fees are outrageous these days, and combined with the extra little shaft Paypal gives you, it ain't even worth it. I stopped using them for selling, and have an unpaid balance with them that they suspended my account over, so I suppose I stopped using 'em for buying too, hah.

<----Had Ebay for like 7 years or so now. Only had two problems: One when I sold etched glassware. One tool I sold to claimed the glasses showed up broken. I told them to return the broken ones, and I would send them out another set for free. No shipping charge or anything. They refused, so Ebay gave me a "strike". I said "meah...whatever". The other was when my account got hijacked. I signed in and noticed that I had apparently sold a huge lawnmower. I was like "WTF?" I called Ebay immediatly, and they asked for some identifying information and then said "Ok, it looks like you are the actual owner of the account. We'll take care of it for you. We're sorry about this. Is there anything else I can help you with?"

So all of my dealings have been fine so far. I still use them on occasion, but it really doesn't pay as well as it used to. Everyone on there is cheaper than I am.
