Nothing. He was supposed to pay me in full by Feb 09. Here it is,.. Aug 09.

He has my number. I have his number,.. I know where he lives,.. well if he is still living with his daddy. I know people that know him and how to find him. Every now and then I hear from someone that ran into him and he brags to them how he fucked me over on that deal. I wont name names,.. they are here on TR.

Thing is that Adam is a likeable kid when you first meet him. I didnt know what a low life he really is until after everything went down and I started asking around about him. It wasnt until then that I learned about the other people he screwed over as well. Had I known then what I know now I would never have made the deal with him.

This is that after he sold all my crap and took my car back from him he put me in a postition that I never want to be in again. I was out almost $3000 in parts. I had his car sitting in my driveway. I only had 2 options that I cuold really take. Keep my car and take the loss. Even if I took him to court,.. he already had court judgments against him. He doesnt care and I would NEVER see my money anyway. Or,.. follow through with the deal to trade for his 93 and watch my 96 get beat to shit and listen to every person that knows my car tell me how they saw it racing down the street somewhere getting the tires burned off of it. Then other stories about who got it next after Adam traded it. I wish I had the money to buy it back and save it from ths junk pile. The person who has it now,.. if it hasnt happened already,.. will do nothing but run it into the ground. They cant afford to finished the car. So I fear it will end up junked and stripped.

So I have the 93 now. I love the car. But its not my 96. I owned that car for 8 years. I had it torn down to a shell twice,.. its the first car I ever painted,.. I had 3 different engines in it,.. been through 15 different transmissions in it,.. stock suspension,.. coil overs,.. tubular k-member,.. long tubes,.. I tried everything in that car. I never took it down the track with the 4v in it. But the last 2v I had dyno'd 272/298 and ran 13.3@101 NA. In the 2v world,.. thats pretty good for a bolt on car. I knew that car inside and out. There is not one single part or even a single wire that I can not answer what it is and where it goes. I had an ignition issue with the 93. I asked Adam about some wiring,.. and his only reply was that it was the way he got the car. (Sigh). He is useless.

I have never hated someone as much as I hate that kid. I wish he would get run over by a bus and die. He has no intention of ever paying me. I have no intention of ever letting him live it down. Anyone that I can tell my story to that knows him I will tell it so they know what kind of an asshole he is.

Shit man, sorry about all that. All I can say is that you learned your lesson and, unfortunately, nowadays you can hardly trust a man's own word. When I bought my 95 back in April, I was missing a few hundred dollars. The owner gave me one of the two keys, let me transfer my tag, and held onto the title so it wouldn't have a lien on it. I told him if he let me do what he did, he would have the remainder of the cash within 3 days. I was able to get it the next day, and took time out of my own job just to get to him and pay him the rest of his money, and receive my spare key and title. There's still good hearted, trustworthy people nowadays.

 

I like to treat people as I want to be treated. Unless I catch a rumor that someone has integrity issues,.. I usually will trust anyone until they show me what a schmuck they are.

I've never been afraid to do a deal with anyone,.. normally in the past if someone fucked me I would go after them with my ax handle and either destroy some of their property or beat them unconscious. Assult charges are really nothing to be scared of,.. worst thing that happens is you get some probation and pay some fines. I've been arrested 5 times for different assults. Assult with deadly weapon, 2nd degree assult, aggravated assult, aggravated assult with intent to mame, even attempted murder that ended up getting reduced in a plea bargan. I have a vicious temperment when it comes to shit like this. Worst that ever happened to me was I got sentenced to 18 months with all but 60 days suspended. Ended up doing 45 days in jail. Paid off my fines and restitution and terminated the probation early. County jail is like a broadway comedy show with really bad food. No one gets butt fucked in county,.. at least not that I ever knew about. The only ones that have anything to worry about would be a pedophile or a snitch. They usually get their lights kicked out. They have big open dorms with the TV blairing full blast. You have your own little hotel room you share with your celly. You play cards or monopoly all day. Thats about it. The worst part about county is the food. But with canteen you just eat junk food most of the time. I usually gain 10 lbs after county LoL.

Were it not for my wife's career and the problems it would create,.. I would have dragged him out of his house and beat him in his front yard in front of his family and dared anyone to step in the way. I'm in Florida now because I have a bench warrant up north for nearly choking to death my ex-wifes boyfriend that she was cheating on me with. After I put him to sleep I stomped on his face with my work boots on. If you knew me you would not believe I was capable of these things,.. I'm really a pretty mellow person and will go out of my way to help someone if they ask. But lie to me or steal from me and I'm like Jekyl and Hyde.

Adam will get whats coming. I'd like to catch him alone somewhere with no witnesses. But from what I heard he never goes out alone. So even if I never get my paws on him,.. Karma has a way of giving what goes around,.. comes around.

What goes around comes around. Years ago I had a guy that I thought was a good friend. He was a drug dealer and I knew that but did not care. I never got into that side of his life. He started getting busted and setting up people. I had good friends in south Texas call me and said he told them I was ratting them out. They were like brothers to me and knew better. They offered to take him out but I could not do that.
Next thing he was caught with fake $100 bills. No charges. Then he starts braging that he will make a $100 grand and quit working for cops and they were too stupid to catch him.
Well I had friends in the DEA and called them and told they what he said. He got five year in Federal Prison. While there he got a spine condition that made him shrink. He got out and was in his 30's and had lost six inches in height.
He opened a body shop and the first night someone broke in and took all his tools and trashed his car. He got more and it happened again
He was also shot at but they missed. I hated him more than anything and my friend always told me let it go. I did and he actually came to me once to say he was sorry. Because he was once a good friend I forgave him. I got a phone call a few months back that he had died at age 39. Would I wish that on him. No. But like I said what goes around comes around.
