Considering Dealer License
So, in another thread someone was discussing dealer licenses to get in to dealer auctions. I looked up on the FL website the stipulations for getting one. It looks like your supposed to have a lot and everything to get one. Anyone have any advice on getting the license without the lot or anything in the grey area? I really only want one to get into the auctions. I dont plan on doing much buying and selling of cars although its not out of the realm of possibility.

Get one from out of state that doesn't require a lot, only kicker is you'll have to transfer the title out of state then back in state, otherwise there's no loopholes unless you have a grandfathered in license

its getting harder to almost impossible to do that, dmv does a lot on inspections now and the bond price is high. Just find a dealer who will charge you a price to go.

im a car dealer..you could become a wholesale dealer...however you wouldnt be able to sell to retail customers.... but you could buy cars and then sell them to other dealers...who could then sell them to your retail customers....pm me if you are serious..
