im driving behind this truck and i cant put my finger on it but it dose not look right.. keep in mind we are driving straight

there is also a white 97-04 reg cab f-150 like that. he was behind me on 41 in lutz. looked in my mirror and thought something was wrong with my eyes until he passed me.
