I got there at around 10am and left just after 3pm. I am absolutely fried. Hadn't worn shorts in about 2 months so neck and calves are toasted

Anyone get video of that crash on Saturday at the top end of track? Car was trashed, driver walked away fine. He crashed after he went through the traps at like 147mph

 

i have well over 50 vids from saturday, didnt catch the wreck though. i got the blue coupe standing on the rear bumper, comin down, then headin towards the swap meet side of the track. i gotta try to get some vids and pics up 2moro.

I watches the car that crashed on the big end being brought back to the pit area. I felt the need to take my hat off in respect when it passed by. The only reason I did not was because I had a beer in each hand.

 

I dont remember seeing any 8 sec true street runs but I might of just turned my back....but damn there where alot of 9 sec runs. Its amazing how it has changed. 9 sec street cars gotta love it.
