ah what can ya do though. shit happens but there's always someone else's who's gonna have it worse so i dont complain to much about it anymore.

 

The red and blue flashing lights weren't enough to let you know who they were? You must have been REALLY fried that night.

 

there were no red and blue's. i was driving back from zephyrhills and i was almost to sun city exit. no other cars around me. then out of no where a car come's up with his high beams on hauling ass. i looked back to see what it was and i couldnt see what kind of car it was. i thought i was going to get hit again. ( i was hit befor in gibsonton a few years back by an ass monkey that reached out with a ball bat and put me in the hospital) so i took off to get away from him and i pulled up behind a marked crusier. everything was fine. after about 2 or three minute's he turned on his lights and pulled infront of me so i pulled over thinking i was going to get a speeding ticket or something and as soon as i shut down the bike and take off my helmet i was getting ripped off the back of the bike, slamed on a hood, cuffed and put in the back of a cop car with not being told what i had done. the car that i thought was going to hit me way an unmarked and i was aressted for fleeing and attempting to alude. i tried to fight in in court but the family lawyer was sick and i got stuck with this guy named anthony alfonso who isnt worth a dime. he did no investigation on the case and only had the papperwork that i had given him. and i was only able to reduce the charges to resiting aresst without violonce. and go figure to when i requested the film from the dash cam they told me there wasnt one.

and to top it off when i went to pick the bike up from the impound my back tire was slashed after just buying a $150 tire.

 

Well then, you got screwed. You should have told the family lawyer to get off his ass and get into court and ask for a continuance. But...It's all in the past. That should have been a simple no brainer win in court. If the officer doesn't have his lights on, then you can't know that you need to pull over. I'm sure he lied in court though, and said he had you lit up with both sirens and lights.

yeah havnt touched anything in 4 years.

but yeah the aressting officer said he turned lights and all on then after i pulled away he turned them off. and the assisting officer said he still had everything on.

i should of won it hands down but with no proff it's there word against mine.
but now i just keep my "nose clean" and stay away frm bad situation, well try to atleast.

 

Police cruisers have cameras in them that record at all times as far as I know. These kinds of things are one of the reasons for it so I dont really see why there wouldnt be at least a little bit of footage from anything. Sounds like you just got screwed by cops that really have it out for kids on bikes.
