Obama didn't write the stimulus package, he signed it. Nancy Pelosi wrote it.
So, either the guy that drew the cartoon and wrote the words means Obama but he is stupid.... or he knows Obama did not write the bill and the monkey is Nancy Pelosi somehow, which makes no sense to me.

unfortuneately, now Sharpton and his crew are crying racism at the newyork post. The funny thing is, if you are not racist, you see the cartoon as meaning the plan is so stupid even a monkey could write better.
Only a racist (sharpton?) would see that as pointing at Obama imo
