I'm thinking that this just proves the case FOR racial profiling. But call me stupid, what do I know?

 

This country is going down the shitter for stuff like this.

 

In middle eastern countries, racial profiling has been proven to work to prevent terrorism, so IDK....I say go for it...But the ACLU and NAACP will have a field day with it.

wouldn't logic dictate that the blacks or whites would not be illegals?

I'm not sure I even know what the fuck this sentence is trying to say. "Our current enforcement of the immigration policy based on quotas lead to the separation of families and civil rights violations," Do we not deport the entire family if they are illegal? Maybe we send the parents home to TJ and keep the kids and sell them into slavery with lawn maintenance businesses?

 

There is some truth to this, sadly Dirt. What happens a LOT is this: The family is picked up. The children have valid SSN's and US birth certificates, so they are allowed to stay. They were fortunate enough to have simply been BORN here. (Precisely why I say that we should be required to complete some sort of civil service. military, or otherwise, in order to gain full citizenship)

Anyway, after citizenship for the children is established, they deport the parents and place the children into foster homes. (which they pay the foster parents a salary for each child) The parents are taken to the border (often times late at night) and dropped off. These parents, are not always limited to both the mother and the father. Often times, it's just the mother. Also often times, that same mother is young, and gets picked up by TJ local pimps or slave runners. They promise the women things such as American citizenship or they will get the kids back or anything that the women want to hear at the time.....Then they make them work in the local TJ striup clubs if they look good enough....If not, they are simply screwed and left or sold.

It's really sad actually. I think that if they are deporting them, they need to keep any family members under 18 with their family members.


Now, I have SEEN illegals use their childs SSN to gain employment, move into a decent apartment, whatever they need, they simply come here, have a baby here, and they're golden.

 

lets not forget that there was a time when all the black and white families that are here now came from somewhere else. people are quick to point the finger and say they shouldnt be here, but when they are doing the jobs that us americans think are too shallow to do, we are at fault just as much. i sure as hell dont see alot of white and black people doing those hard labor jobs.

they rather sit on their ass and collect unemployment and live for free. at least these illegal people are working and remember who is hiring them also? should they not be reprimanded for doing so? so until we as a country man up and start being self sufficient instead of contracting everything we dont want to do out, we need to fix ourselves.

lastly ill say that i do think there is a problem with illegal immigrants coming in this country, but when you make comments like that i feel the need to respond. See granted my mother does have a green card and i was born in the US and I consider myself an American and am more patriotic than most people. I have done alot for this country, been there done that, got the T-shirt. but if you think for one second that your going to send her back, you got something new coming to you. ill leave it at that.

 

Having a green card makes her legal, just not a citizen... nobody is talking about sending people with the proper credentials back.

Most illegal aliens do work very hard for low wages. That in itself is a problem when it comes to lost jobs for American citizens. But, a small percentage (of the 20 million estimated) are not here working. They are here dealing drugs, doing violent crimes and living tax free.

Talk to anybody in border states like Texas, Arizona and the like, and they will tell you how bad it is. We can't possibly understand... yet.
