I have done 2 VA's and its a pretty easy process just be sure you apply for your voucher, it takes a while.

VA loans are a great product, they take care of their buyers/borrowers. They don't allow bullshit fees to be charged to the VA Buyer, which is a huge bonus.

I like VA because thier home inspection standards are higher (roof, A/C, ect). Great for a first time buyer to have someone "looking out" for the buyer.
They dont allow no B.S fees but thier own 3.5% funding fee . If you use it agian they break it off in ya for 5 or 7% IIRC
