room for rent !!
wanted to post here for the ford peps!
my nephew has a 3 bed 2 bath 1 car garage in the new port richey / trinity area. (lives next door to me)
he is looking for a room mate. he is looking for a room mate for $500 .00 a month and half utilities .
in a very safe neighborhood and lots of kids in the neighborhood , and the house has a big fenced yard!
he is a non smoker is 21 years old drinks very little. in the I.T. biz and roommate can smoke out side not in house.
