Default Engine builder needed

I need a great engine builder. The guy I have gone too for years has retired and of course right when I am about to put together an American Iron Extreme motor for my coupe racer. I don't want want to know who you guys have used and the good and the bad experiences. This will be an expensive build and I want it done right the first time.

We are very fortunate to have alot of great engine builders in cental Fl.and the surrounding area's.Ronnie Crawford and Robert Fulco are two of the best Ford guys anywhere, and there right in our backyard. But,you will pay big $ if you go to see them.I heard Rob@Fordspeed is good, always heard Isley's is good too.And with all the roundy round racing in Fl. there are some badass builders for them also.

Nelson Competition Inc. in St.Pete can get the job done.

They are building 700+ cu. in. motors there. I am pretty shure they can handle all your needs.

I was using one of the best in that field. Now its just trying to find some one I can trust and feel comfortable with. I have looked around but I haven't found anyone just yet. Thats why I wanted everyone's input. I will check out the guys you recommended. Thanks guys.

I have a friend with a 418W that had a guy build his and his dad's motors. He gave me his # and told me he was a friend of the family,he was very good, and a very honest man.He told me he's been doing roundy round motors forever.I'll get his # if you would like to check him out, when we get all the parts for my brothers new short block,I'm gonna go meet with him.

Cylinder Head exchange in Lakeland, talk to a guy named Gilbert (863)682-8877.

If he can't, there's a guy named Bob (dunno his last name, but Gilbert will tell you I'm sure) that works in auburndale and builds track motors as well. That's one of the few guys in the central florida that can balance the bottom ends as well.

Robert Fulco.

Slow, expensive, very knowledgeable, one of the best in the business.
