****$hawn's "EFI Hater" list****
EFI= the suck. But i have too much invested to try to give up on it yet. If it doesnt work out soon its all for sale.
Who cares anymore....they both fucking work
EFI is the way of the future you have to admit the carb is still going strong but its on its way out....atleast in the higher end race cars.
You walk around an event and now a days you are starting to see more and more EFI cars...there is a reason for that. You have ultimate control over every single aspect in your car. Not to mention the data loggin capibilities to monitor and study each and eveyrun and make changes as needed.
Now yes the EFI shit is pricey but as time goes on what the big dawg races are using now adays will eventually trickle down to the low budget racer and become within each of most peoples affordable price range.
No dont get me wrong carb's will never go away they will always be out there, but as the older races start to fall off the map and hang up their helmets (or tools) for good they will take that old technology with them.
So here is my opinions
low budget racer - carb all the way
big money racer -EFI all the way
Just my .02 cent....here we go I know I am gonna catch alot of shit for this one.

But you cant tell me that if NASCAR allowed EFI that you couldnt tune it for a particular tack to get up out of a corner faster????
The biggest thing I hate about carb guys is hearing them say "I am gonna change my jets"
There is more to a carb than just changing the jets. Everyone can change jets, but how many people out there actually know how to properly tune a carb????
Thats not directed to anyone on here so chill out.

I agree with Dave, and I've had some badass carbed cars.Carbs are very affordable, usually make more power on a N/A nitrous build, and work great at wide open throttle. But for drivability and tuning/data logging,EFI is the way to go.
