In all seriousness, I've been strapped for cash the past few months with trying to get things moving forward progress with my new job (100% commission based pay). With getting closer and closer to "the bottom of the barrel" - I want to tap all sources of possible income.
Having said that, I'm an honest guy, and I'm a hard working mofugger. There are many here that have had great dealings with me as either a buyer, a seller, or even as a friend having loaned/borrowed something.
My services that I can offer range widely; I've done a little bit of it all. However, my professional services (licensed/insured) are for NOTARY work - which can be anything from contractual documents that need notarization, to full-blown real estate closing transactions that need signed and notarized. I'm also a licensed real estate sales agent (finally), and can help wholesale investors do one (or more) of the following:
I've just completed my Finals (this week) for this Semester of College, and need to raise enough funds to put into savings in order to continue furthering my education next year when the Fall Semester begins. Furthermore, I'd really love to make enough forward progress financially to finish "Frankie" and come out and play
If you feel like you've got something that you could hire me to do, please let me know. I'm all ears

I don't deal with the Retail client, as in a normal R.E. transaction - however, I can definitely let you know if I find someone. I've actually got someone from Oregon looking to relocate here; and couldn't help them because I didn't have anything Retail to assist them.
If you want to email me the pertinent 411 on your home, I'd be more than happy to convey that information to the potential buyers. If it was something they progressed in interest with - you and I would have to sign an agreement of representation laying out my commission, etc.
